Events Are Blooming in Palisade this Spring!
Spring is just around the corner and Palisade is blooming with things to do. From self-guided wine tours to riverside music festivals, here are some one-of-a-kind events you won't want to miss!
Final Winter Concert at Talbott's - March 28, 2026
Kick off the spring season with a night of lively bluegrass music at Talbott's Cider Company. The Winter Cider Series 5 features a three-act live music lineup. The opener, Chris Weist, brings honest American roots music on mandolin. Next up are the Deer Creek Sharpshooters, known for their high-energy blend of fast-paced bluegrass jams and crowd-pleasing fun. Closing out the night is headliner Arkansauce, a roots band driven by a passion for redefining their sound.

Edesia 2026: Carnaval in the Vineyards - March 28-29, 2026
Put Edesia 2026: Carnaval in the Vineyards on your calendar! This Palisade culinary, wine, and spirits adventure spans two days at the Wine Country Inn and benefits PrimeHealth. The weekend features two distinct events: a Wine Pairing Dinner on Saturday, March 28 and a Food, Wine and Spirits Expo on Sunday, March 29. Don't miss out on this one!
Barrel Into Spring - April 17-18 & May 8-9, 2026
Find your new favorite flavor of wine through this self-guided wine tasting weekend hosted by the Colorado Association for Viticulture & Enology (CAVE) across the Grand Valley. The event runs on two separate weekends, April 17–18 and May 8–9, 2026, and tickets are valid for one weekend only.
Each weekend features seven participating wineries, with different wineries featured for the April and May events. Attendees pick up a tasting glass and wristband at their preassigned starting winery, then travel at their own pace to enjoy barrel tastings and chef-prepared food pairings at each stop.
Bluegrass Bash - April 16-19, 2026
Experience Palisade this spring by hopping between venues and soaking in music that perfectly welcomes the season with the Palisade Bluegrass Bash. This is a 4-day event running April 16–19, 2026. It spreads across some of Palisade's most beloved local spots, including Talbott's Cider Company, The Livery Saloon, Palisade Brewing Company, Pizza & Pourhouse, and more. Enjoy live bluegrass all weekend long alongside craft cider, local beer, and great food.
Sip Into Spring - May 2, 2026
You don't need to book a trip to Italy this spring to taste one-of-a-kind wine. For the sixth year in a row, Sip Into Spring: A Celebration of Colorado Wine is returning! On Saturday, May 2, don’t miss out on this curated wine festival showcasing 12 premier Colorado wineries.
Enjoy your wine overlooking breathtaking views of the Colorado River while listening to live music, browsing hand-selected local vendors, and sampling some of the Western Slope's favorite food trucks. The food truck line-up will include everything from gourmet grilled cheese to fresh-shucked oysters, Thai cuisine, and more!
